Asisstance

Mentoring activities are service activities that are implemented in the form of placing experts to field workers (facilitators/community assistants) in the target area. The aim is to increase the capacity of local resources (apparatus/staff) in government agencies/BUMN, private companies, international institutions, and NGOs so that in turn they can become community development workers who can be motivators as well as facilitators/assistant of self-help groups that be grown while facilitating them to become independent groups.
